This page is maintained by DigitalTime to describe how the DigitalTime service works. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.
DigitalTime ("we", "us") helps you publish a digital business card and share it via NFC or QR. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to app-owner practices for DigitalTime and to the customer commitments you accept when you use the service.
Information you provide
- Account details such as email, display name, and authentication identifiers.
- Card content you choose to publish: name, title, photo, phone numbers, email addresses, social profile links, website, and address.
- Support messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Scan and click events on your published cards, used to power your Analytics dashboard.
- Basic technical data (browser, device type, coarse location derived from IP) needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To render your public card page and generate your vCard download.
- To show you analytics for your own cards.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Card content you publish is intentionally public at your card URL. We do not sell personal data. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, auth) strictly to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
You can edit or delete your cards at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account removes your published cards and associated personal data from active systems.
Your choices
- Access, edit, or delete card content from your dashboard.
- Contact support to request account deletion or a data export.
Children
DigitalTime is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by them.
Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes materially.
