This page is maintained by DigitalTime to describe how the DigitalTime service works. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.
By creating a DigitalTime account or using our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You are responsible for the content you publish on your card and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person or entity per account; do not share credentials.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, or malicious content.
- No impersonation of others or misrepresentation of identity.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant DigitalTime the limited rights needed to host, render, and deliver that content as part of the service (for example, serving your public card page and generating vCard downloads).
Service availability
We work to keep DigitalTime reliable but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalTime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
